## How credits work

Credits are spent on the work the agent does for your customers: a conversation on your site, an onboarding session inside your product, an email it sends and acts on, a background service it runs on a schedule. Features are never gated; expensive capabilities like voice simply use more credits, and the in-app usage meter shows exactly where they went. Unused monthly credits don't roll over; top-ups never expire.

## Selling your own services
